Introduction In this simulation you will be asked to design a HIV ELISA yourself. After working through this exercise you should be able to - understand how anti-HIV antibodies can be measured for the diagnosis of HIV infection - design a similar protocol for the detection of antigen-specific antibodies in serum How this exercise works You will find actions (blue) and reagents (green). Please arrange them in the correct sequence with "drag and drop". Drag the actions into the upper row (light blue) and the corresponding reagents into the bottom row (light green). Start bei dragging the first action into field 1, then drag the first reagent into field 2, the next action into field 3, ... When you have finished you will get a feedback.
