IgE ELISA

Introduction
In this simulation you will be asked to design a IgE ELISA yourself.

After working through this exercise you should be able to
- understand the laboratory protocol of a sandwich ELISA
- understand how IgE concentrations can be determined for diagnosis
- design a similar ELISA protocol

How this exercise works
You will find actions (blue) and reagents (green). Please arrange them in the correct sequence with "drag and drop". Drag the actions into the upper row (light blue) and the corresponding reagents into the bottom row (light green).
Start bei dragging the first action into field 1, then drag the first reagent into field 2, the next action into field 3, ... When you have finished you will get a feedback.
Press the button "clean up" to start again.
