Introduction
In this simulation you will be asked to design a PCR yourself.

After working through this exercise you should be able to:


How this exercise works
First calculate and "pipet" the reaction mix. You will find reagents (blue) and volumes (green). Please arrange them in the correct sequence with "drag and drop". Drag the reagents into the upper row (light blue) and the corresponding volumes into the bottom row (light green).
Start bei dragging the first reagent into field 1, then drag the first volume into field 2, the next reagent into field 3, ... Then do the same with the cycling conditions. When you have finished you will get a feedback.
Press the button "clean up" to start again.
