Lectures and Learning Agreement

You can use the University of Greifswald’s online lecture timetable to create the Erasmus Online Learning Agreement (OLA) or the University Exchange Learning Agreement and to find out more about courses. Use the instructions to find the right courses. Discuss your choice of courses and the recognition of the courses with your lecturers at your home university before you leave. If necessary, changes can be made up to four weeks after the start of teaching.

Erasmus+ Subject Coordinators

The Erasmus+ subject coordinators provide you with subject-specific advice during your exchange. They are your central point of contact for academic matters, such as the signing of the Learning Agreement.

You can find a list of the University of Greifswald’s Erasmus+ subject coordinators here. Please contact the responsible subject coordinator directly via email to arrange for an appointment.

Examinations

Please register for the examinations which take place at the end of the lecture period with the following document: Examination registration form.

Your lecturers will announce the credits you have gained to the Central Examination Office, which compiles the Transcript of Records. The International Office will then send this to you via email and the original will be sent to your home university. Please note: It can take several weeks to produce the Transcript of Records. Please approach your lecturers and the Central Examination Office if you require the document urgently.
