International Day 2018
The International Day 2018 took place on Wednesday, 13th June 2018, in the University Main Building and other locations on the Old Town Campus.
The International Office and other important players organised a day that focussed on all things international, including an international study fair, presentations, workshops and other activities. Information and opportunities were provided for exchanging plans and experience on topics such as studying, internships, careers, funding, exchange organisations, language learning and taking part in international activities in Greifswald and all over the world.
Country Games on the Rubenowplatz, a barbecue at the International Guest House (IBZ) and a party in one of Greifswald’s clubs made it possible for students and staff alike to exchange their experiences and enjoy the social side of International Day. Not only international students and staff members, but also students and staff from Germany took part in the programme, presenting partner countries and institutions, and getting to know other people interested in international matters at the barbecue in the evening.
You will find photos and some of the highlights that took place on International Day 2018 listed below and the full programme is available as a PDF download.
We would like to thank all of those who took part in International Day 2018 and hope to see you there next year!
