OTM-R (Open, transparent and merit-based recruitment)

The OTM-R policy that is embedded within the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) process is designed to ensure and facilitate high-quality recruitment procedures at the University of Greifswald.

After reviewing its recruitment strategies, the University of Greifswald has now developed a guidance document that describes the principles that underlie the process of recruiting full-time academic and non-academic staff.

The review of existing recruitment strategies and the resulting compilation of new guidance was carried out in order to ensure that recruitment and selection procedures are as open, transparent and merit-based as possible and to ensure equal opportunity for all candidates.
