The internship in the Central Procurement Division is aimed at applicants with a bachelor’s degree or higher in law, finance, business administration, public administration, economics or a related field. Applicants must also have a very good command of English (C1), knowledge of another official EU language at least at B1 level, and advanced Excel skills.
Duties include providing administrative support for public tenders, working with the SAP Ariba procurement system, and recording and analysing contract and procurement data. In addition, interns will contribute to the further development of internal processes and digital tools, including applications in the fields of automation and artificial intelligence.
The full-time placement will initially last six months and may be extended to up to twelve months. It is expected to commence on 15 March 2027. The monthly remuneration is 1,170 euros, plus a possible accommodation allowance.
Applications are open to nationals of an EU Member State who meet the eligibility criteria for the trainee programme. The closing date for applications is 21 October 2026.
