What will change for employees?
In future, your password alone will no longer be sufficient when logging in. You will also need to enter a short, time-limited security code generated via an app on your smartphone or computer.
Why is this important?
Passwords can fall into the wrong hands. This additional verification reliably protects your account against unauthorised access.
What do you need to do now?
Please organise two-factor authentication before 26 May 2026. This is the only way to ensure that you can continue to access all internal services without interruption.
How does the organisation work?
The TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) procedure is used. You set up a personal “TOTP secret” in an app once. The app then continuously generates security codes, which you enter as an additional step when logging in.
