The Student Loans Office is located in the former Mensa (cafeteria) in the town centre and can be found on the 1st floor. An automatic door provides easy access to the building and a lift is also available. Fully accessible sanitary facilities are located on the ground floor of the building.
Additional financial needs
The Social Counselling Service is located in the former Mensa (cafeteria) in the town centre and can be found on the ground floor, towards the rear of the building. An automatic door provides easy access to the building. However, there is another non-automated door and a door threshold on the way. An accompanying person is therefore recommended. If the student calls in advance, s/he can be picked up and accompanied by a staff member from the Social Counselling Service. Fully accessible sanitary facilities are located on the ground floor of the building.

Exams / disability compensation
The rooms of the Central Examination Office are located on the ground floor, with a few steps in front of the entrance door. However, the building has a separate entrance that is fitted with a ramp. There is a doorbell by the door in a low position.
Support / advice for studies
The Students’ Union (AStA) is located on the ground floor of the building and is generally fully accessible. However, there is a raised doorstep at the entrance to the building. There are no fully accessible sanitary facilities. The nearest fully accessible sanitary facilities are located at Wollweberstraße 1.
