Blended Intensive Programmes: Good Practises, Opportunities, Challenges

If you are already familiar with Blended Intensive Programmes or are considering organising one at your institution, this workshop offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding through shared experience. Building on the introductory session, the event focuses on exchanging knowledge, good practices and practical insights gained from BIPs that have been implemented so far within the KreativEU framework.

During the workshop, we will reflect on completed BIPs and discuss what worked well, what could be improved, and which lessons can be drawn for future editions. Particular attention will be given to organisational aspects, cooperation between partner institutions, and strategies that help streamline the preparation and delivery of BIPs. The session also aims to foster networking and support the search for potential partners interested in developing and delivering future BIPs together.

The workshop is designed for academic and administrative staff who are interested in organising similar programmes at their home institutions, as well as for those seeking inspiration and collaboration opportunities for future BIP initiatives. By sharing experiences and good practices, the event aims to lower organisational barriers and contribute to the continuous improvement and sustainability of Blended Intensive Programmes.

This course in English is already part of the upcoming KreativEU training programme to be offered via the KreativEU Centre for Excellence in Digital Education and AI.
