In this systematic step-by-step training program of practical exercises and well dosed theoretical parts you will overcome the typical three main reading faults, increase your motivation to read and sharpen the focus of your reading.

• Connecting speed, mental focus and reading quality
• Developing awareness of contextual cues

• Increase reading speed
• Improve text comprehension
• Master different reading strategies and intensities
• Enhance memory retention
• Improve concentration & motivation
• Greater proficiency in reading scientific texts
The course material includes a 60 pages text document (English and German) covering all our advice on effective reading of scientific texts. After the course you can continue your training through our free alumni website and refresher webinars.
The workshop will be held in English and is designed for students and researchers who regularly read English texts. Good to very good English reading proficiency is expected (approx. B2 level), though speaking proficiency is not required.
Bring your own text to the workshop and apply what you’ve learned in a final exercise!
