Staff Representatives' Office

Whether it's coordinating appointments, providing information, organising events or facilitating communicating: the Staff Representatives' Office is the central point of contact for all matters relating to the work of the Staff Councils and the Representative Body for Severely Disabled Members of Staff.

We support the committees behind the scenes, coordinate processes, ensure availability and help employees quickly find the right contact person. Reliable, discreet and competent – for all university employees.

We maintain the framework – so that interest representation is effective.

We are always the right people to contact when

• if you feel that a management decision is unfair
• if you have questions about employment law and are unable to obtain impartial advice
• if you feel that your workload is becoming too heavy
• if you need support with a meeting or a request
• if you are unsure whether your rights are being respected
• if you simply want to find out what options are available

The staff representative bodies operate independently of the university management. Their members are university staff themselves. Furthermore, their work is protected by law – and serves to protect staff. Please feel free to get in touch with us.
