For employees who wish to speak to someone who can advise them in a personally challenging situation. The University aims to provide help and support in particularly challenging social situations that go beyond the support offers stipulated by law.
Conflicts
I would like to speak confidentially with someone who can help me resolve interpersonal tensions or conflicts at work or in my study environment. The Conflict Management Team supports employees of all status groups by providing advice, conflict moderation and mediation.
Health, mental strain, addiction
I would like to speak to someone who can support me with challenges such as illness, stress, overload, anxiety and addiction problems.

Family, children, caring for relatives
I would like to speak to someone who can help me balance my career, studies and family life. The Family Service advises you on topics such as childcare, parental leave and caring for relatives, and helps you find suitable solutions for different life situations.
Intercultural matters
I would like to speak to someone who can assist me with intercultural issues, such as planning a stay abroad or organising international projects. Students from abroad receive support with matters related to their studies, immigration law and social issues.
