FIT - Supporting international talents for integration into studies and the labour market

The project ‘FIT - Promoting International Talent for Integration into Studies and the Labour Market’ supports international students in arriving at German universities and successfully completing their studies. This also strengthens the recruitment of international skilled workers for the German labour market. The project will run from 2024 to 2028.

As part of the project, the University of Greifswald will promote targeted, tailor-made measures that not only ensure the success of international students, but also facilitate their transition into the German labour market. As part of this, the incoming area will be strengthened with additional programmes. An International Career Service is also being set up for the final phase of studies.

With a wide range of interesting workshops, various events and individual counselling, international students at the University of Greifswald will be accompanied through their studies into their professional future in Germany.
