Immediate Feedback Methods in Online Teaching

Providing immediate feedback is essential when teaching online, especially during an online session which relies on the interaction between participants.

This interactive workshop will present different types of feedback to enrich your online teaching sessions. We will take a look at various tools and their advantages & challenges. You will have the chance to test these tools in a synchronous online setting.

We will focus on tool-independent interactions and some specific tools, such as Wooclap (audience response tool), Taskcards (digital pinboard tool) and various features of the video conference tool Big Blue Button. Furthermore, we will briefly look at what Moodle has to offer – to connect the results of synchronous feedback with asynchronous tasks in an online course.

This course in English is already part of the upcoming KreativEU training programme to be offered via the KreativEU Centre for Excellence in Digital Education and AI. More details on the training programme will follow soon.
