Guidelines and Registration for Partner Events
On this page, you will find everything you need to know if you want to participate in a KreativEU event hosted by one of our partner universities, including the registration form.
Requirements to register
To be able to participate in a KreativEU event, you simply have to be enrolled / employed at a KreativEU university.
Registration Steps
If you want to register for a KreativEU event that takes place at a partner university / is hosted by a partner university, you need to register at the University of Greifswald first. We will contact you after you have registered your interest once the deadline for registrations has passed. We will then ask you to register at the partner university.

Funding
FOR STUDENTS
Travel allowance
Students receive a flat-rate travel allowance from KreativEU to help cover the cost of travel to and from the event. The funding is provided in accordance with European Commission guidelines and supplements the residence grant.
The travel allowance is granted as a one-off lump sum. It is based on the distance travelled between Greifswald and the destination of the mobility. The amount of the lump sum also varies depending on whether an environmentally friendly means of transport ("green travel") was used for the majority of the journey (more than 50%).
Daily allowance
Students receive a a daily allowance of 79€ per day up to the 14th day of physical mobility and 56€ per day from the 15th day of physical mobility.
FOR STAFF
For employees of the University of Greifswald, actual expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the guidelines for requesting and settling work-related travel.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is essential in case you lose your luggage, miss a flight, or get into an accident.
If you are a student, you should make sure you are properly insured before you leave.
Employees of the University of Greifswald are usually covered by statutory accident insurance.
