Students' Registration Office
The Students' Registration Office is the point of contact for students applying for a place at the University of Greifswald and for students for matters regarding application, admissions, enrolment, leaves of absence, re-registration, changing course or university, deregistration, second undergraduate degrees, guest students and visiting students.
Personal consultation hours without appointment:
- Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
If you are coming in to the office in person, please take a waiting ticket for the section of the alphabet that corresponds to the first letter of your surname in the waiting area and wait to be called and the room to be displayed on the monitor.
If a public holiday falls on a weekday, we will not unfortunately be available.
Outside the above office hours, we can be reached via telephone and email. In addition, individual appointments can be arranged with the relevant member of staff.
Telephone Availability
During opening hours, availability by telephone is limited, so we ask for your understanding.
If you only want to drop off documents, please place them in the post box of the Students' Registration Office (in the corridor) or use one of the deadline post boxes at the Postal Service (first entrance at Rubenowstraße 2).
