- Declaration of renunciation of maternity protection rules (MuSchG)1 MBDuring the maternity protection period, a pregnant student may only complete examinations or coursework in accordance with §§ 3ff. of the Maternity Protection Act (MuSchG). For these students, the responsible examination board may, at the request of the student and taking into account the individual case, determine different examination conditions to compensate for disadvantages.
