After an introduction to fundamental didactic principles, we will examine various application scenarios for digital tools. In the second part of the workshop, we will work hands-on and demonstrate and test how generative AI can be used to create a teaching concept for a seminar session or for an entire semester plan. During the workshop, we will explore different tools and techniques for developing AI-supported teaching concepts.
The workshop is aimed at all instructors interested in digital teaching concepts and in integrating generative AI into their teaching practice.

– Fundamental didactic principles of digital teaching
– Overview of various application scenarios for digital tools in teaching
– Didactic considerations for the use of digital media in courses
– Prompts for designing teaching concepts
Objectives:
– You will become familiar with the didactic particularities of digital learning.
– You will know what to consider when designing and successfully delivering digital formats.
– You will understand how generative AI can be used in the creation of teaching concepts.
– You will be able to apply tools and techniques for developing AI-supported teaching concepts.
– You will be able to critically evaluate the results generated by AI.
If possible, please bring a (previous or new) course for use in the practical exercises.
