• Legal issues in the area of external funding (incl. external funding contracts)

Responsible for:

• EU projects outside of the Research Framework Programme (e. g. Interreg, EFRE, ESF, EFF, Erasmus+)
• University funding agencies (DAAD)
• Financial contributions from other public financiers (e. g. Federal Joint Committee)
• Overhead funds

Responsible for:

• EU projects in the Research Framework Programme (HORIZON)
• Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions – programme for research funding
• State funding
• Projects funded by state 

Responsible for:

• Federal third-party projects (e. g. "IFZO FragTrans", "Research Center for Manors")

Responsible for:

• Projects within the area of commercial activities: contracted research, further education courses, active sponsorship, provision of services
• Conferences with participation fee
• Statistics
• External funding database

Responsible for:

• DFG projects (including funds for conferences, academic events, visiting academics and large pieces of equipment)
• Processing of University’s Own Calls for Proposals / Start-Up Funding

Responsible for:

• Financial contributions from foundations, non-profit associations and churches
• Projects in non-commercial fields with private financiers (cooperation agreements, donations, passive sponsorship)

• Federal third-party projects
