If there are disruptions to normal procedures at the University, there are contacts who will be able to initiate the necessary steps to restore undisrupted teaching, research and studying operations.

The emergency telephone number can be called outside of normal office hours, from 3.30 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. During office hours, please contact the Facility Management Department/Caretaker Operations.

For normal defects e.g. dripping taps, draughty windows, faulty lightbulbs, missing beamer cable etc. please continue to use the following telephone numbers or email addresses during normal working hours from 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.:
