What does ...

... the Representative Body for Severely Disabled Members of Staff Actually Do?

One of the tasks of the Representative Body for Severely Disabled Members of Staff (SBV) is to promote the integration and participation of severely disabled employees at the University of Greifswald in the work process. It represents their interests and provides them with advice and assistance. The SBV is the point of contact for all matters affecting individuals or severely disabled people as a group. It represents the interests of people with severe disabilities and those treated as such in matters relating to both academic and non-academic staff, and is committed to improving working conditions, for example through the restructuring of work processes and the adaptation of workplaces to meet the needs of people with severe disabilities.
