BIP Call 2025: Shape International Teaching with KreativEU

Apply now and develop innovative formats with Erasmus+
Do you have a teaching idea with international relevance? Would you like to bring together students from across Europe in a hybrid, creative, and engaging format? From 14 July to 17 October 2025, teaching staff at the University of Greifswald can submit a proposal for a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). The KreativEU team at UG will support you every step of the way – with advice, templates, and hands-on guidance.
What is a BIP?
A Blended Intensive Programme is a flexible Erasmus+ learning and teaching format that combines:
- a 5-day on-site phase
- virtual learning activities before and/or after the physical phase
- interdisciplinary and collaborative work among international participants
It is funded through Erasmus+ and open to students or staff – depending on the focus of the programme.
What are the key requirements?
To organise a BIP, the following must apply:
- at least three partner universities from three Erasmus+ programme countries, including at least one KreativEU partner
- at least 15 participants receiving Erasmus+ mobility grants
- minimum of 5 consecutive on-site days, plus virtual activities
Why organise a BIP?
A BIP offers many benefits for you and your institution:
- Develop new international teaching formats.
- Increase visibility of your academic topics.
- Build and strengthen networks within the alliance.
- Receive organisational support (up to 8,000€).
- Enjoy full support from the KreativEU team.
It’s an ideal low-threshold format to pilot innovative international teaching – flexible, focused and funded.
