This 6-month programme is aimed at female students at the final stage of their degrees. Group mentoring with an experienced doctoral candidate as mentor is the core element of the programme. It includes participation in a seminar programme and networking events.

Mentoring for Female Doctoral Candidates

This programme is aimed at all female doctoral candidates from all of the University of Greifswald’s faculties and includes one-to-one mentoring, an extensive seminar programme, exchange in smaller peer groups and attendance at career-relevant networking events for a total duration of 16 months.

Mentoring for Female PostDocs and Junior Professors

Women, who aim to become professors or gain managerial positions and take part in the mentoring programme, receive specific support to help them establish up to two one-to-one mentoring relationships and participate in a seminar programme and networking events. Furthermore, the 18-month programme gives participants the opportunity to gain advice from colleagues in interdisciplinary peer groups. If requested, coaching with external professional coaches can be organised.
