Looking after you from your application to your deregistration.
Prospective students and students can receive advice from the Students' Registration Office for any matter concerning the application process and enrolment procedures.
The staff of the Students' Registration Office are responsible for the administrative handling of all students, from enrolment to deregistration. They also look after the application and admissions processes for courses with local admission restrictions (first and more advanced semesters).

Prospective students and current students can receive advice on all application and enrolment matters at the Student Secretariat.
Personal consultation hours without appointment:
- Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
For personal visits, please take a waiting number for your letter section in the waiting area and wait for the acoustic call and the room display on the monitor.
If a public holiday falls on a weekday, we are unfortunately not available.
Outside the above office hours, we can be reached by telephone and email. In addition, individual appointments can be arranged with the relevant administrator.

During opening hours, availability by telephone is limited, so we ask for your understanding.
If you only want to drop off documents, please place them in the deadline post box of the Student Secretariat (in the corridor) or use one of the deadline post boxes at the Postal Service (first entrance at Rubenowstraße 2).
