Electronic Recording of Examination Results
Examiners are responsible for the electronic recording of their examination results (§ 54(4) RPO). The results are announced via the university's self-service portal (see also the instructions).
It is sufficient to transfer the results to the portal carefully, provided that the examiner finalises the list of marks in the system after processing, but no later than the deadline (end of the evaluation deadlines). All lists that have not been completed in the self-service portal by the deadline are flagged as in need of a reminder and a reminder is sent.
Please note!
The recording of marks is linked to the transmission of the list of participants and the examination minutes to the Central Examination Office. The Examination Office does not receive any notification that the marks have been recorded, which is why sending the list is (currently) essential for technical reasons in order to ensure the further processing of the examinations.
Information about the performance of individual students and their marks may only be disclosed to them. It is not permitted to publish a list of examination dates and/or results with the names of the candidates on the Internet or to post them on the notice board. The supposed anonymisation by simply indicating the student ID numbers is also not permitted!
Please note that violations of data protection law may result in fines and/or consequences under employment or civil service law.
If you are not yet authorised for the "Mark entry" and "Exam administration" functions or would like to have a representative (e.g. the relevant secretariat) activated, you need to open a ticket via the groupware. Select the "E-Administration > HIS/LSF" tab under "Type". Your colleagues in the E-Administration Office will then authorise you for the corresponding function.
