Electronic Recording of Examination Results
Examiners are responsible for the electronic recording of their examination results (§ 54 Abs. 4 RPO). The results are communicated via the university's self-service portal (see also the instructions).
A careful transfer of the results to the portal is sufficient, provided that the list of grade entries is finalised in the system after processing, but no later than the deadline (finalisation of evaluation deadlines). All lists that have not been completed in the self-service portal by the deadline are recorded in the reminder run and a reminder is sent.
Please note!
The recording of grades is linked to the transmission of the list of participants and the examination transcripts to the Central Examination Office. The Examinations Office does not receive any information about the entry, which is why sending the list is (currently) essential for technical reasons in order to ensure further examination administration.
Information about the performance of individual students and their grades must be disclosed exclusively to them. It is not permitted to publish a list of examination results by name on the Internet or by posting them on the notice board. The supposed anonymisation by simply stating the matriculation numbers is also not permitted!
Please note that violations of data protection law may result in fines and/or consequences under labour law or employment law.
If you are not yet authorised for the "Grade entry" and "Exam administration" functions, you only need to open a ticket via the groupware. Select the "E-Administration > HIS/LSF" tab under "Type". Your colleagues in e-administration will then authorise you for the corresponding function.
