Coaching for Junior Professors

The furthering of careers is also relevant for female academics who have already made the leap to a professorship. This applies in particular to junior professorships. On the one hand, the female academics must fulfil the necessary requirements and targets for a positive interim evaluation. On the other hand, there is the mandatory teaching requirements and junior professorships usually have no members of staff to support them. In order to compensate for these additional burdens, their individual needs must be determined in order to subsequently support the female academics during their qualification phase with targeted coaching and workshop offers.
