Project interStudies

Teaching innovations are funded within the framework of the BMBF (Federal Ministry of Education and Research) project interStudies. The funded teaching innovations, i.e. additional measures to the regular curricula or study plans, should help reach the project goals. Teaching innovations to help facilitate the start phase of studying, improve polyvalent study offers (teaching with heterogeneous learners) or promote research oriented types of teaching and learning are at the focus of the funding.
The Deans of Studies from the five faculties and the Pro-Rector for Studying and Teaching decide on the allocation of funds.

The aim of the "Quality Pact for Teaching", a joint programme of the Federal Government and the Länder, is to improve study conditions and the quality of teaching and mentoring for students at institutions of higher education. The Federal Government will support the programme with funds of about two billion euros between 2011 and 2020.

This project is funded by means provided by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research under the funding key 01PL12039. The responsibility for the content of this announcement lies with the author.
