Inclusion Officer pursuant to § 181 SGB IX

The employer appoints an Inclusion Officer to represent the employer responsibly in issues concerning the severely disabled. If at all possible, the Inclusion Officer should herself/himself be a severely disabled person. The Inclusion Officer pays special attention to the obligations that must be fulfilled by the employer.
