A Guide on Joint Online Seminars
If you are planning on conducting a joint (transnational) online seminar, this workshop is the right choice. It is intended to provide you with the inspiration and necessary skills to successfully conceptualise this kind of seminar and create an accompanying online environment. We will be looking briefly at the benefits of joint (transnational) courses, discuss (technical) prerequisites and checklists for preparation, as well as consult Good Practice samples.
After a theoretical part – the benefits and fundamental didactic principles of joint online teaching, we will learn how to implement these principles in practice: Setting up a Moodle course environment on a transnational learning management platform and design a joint online session.
The workshop is aimed at all teaching staff interested in offering a joint online seminar – together with a colleague from your own institution or set up as a transnational course.
