Together, we’ll explore what empowerment could look like in everyday life — finding confidence in new situations, speaking up in a different culture and language, and taking care of yourself while adjusting to and navigating a new country.
You can expect a mix of group conversations, short activities, and moments for reflection. No pressure to perform — just a supportive space to share ideas, learn from each other, and the chance to connect.
