Das Mentoring-Programm für Doktorandinnen geht nun bereits in die 9. Runde und startet im Oktober 2025 mit einer Laufzeit von 16 Monaten.
Das Programm richtet sich an hochqualifizierte Frauen in der mittleren oder fortgeschrittenen Phase ihrer Promotion, die eine verantwortungsvolle Leitungsposition in Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft oder Gesellschaft anstreben und aktuell eine Anbindung an die Universität Greifswald haben.

The mentoring program for female doctoral students is now entering its ninth round and will start in October 2025 with a duration of 16 months.
The programme is aimed at highly qualified women at an intermediate or advanced stage of their doctorate, who plan to take on a managerial position in science, industry or society and are currently affiliated to the University of Greifswald or a cooperation partner.
