This seminar is primarily aimed at doctoral students and post-docs who want to strengthen their time and self-management on the way to a doctorate or post-doctorate and who want to combine their own writing and work process with their private life, such as their own family, without stress. This requires proven strategies, which you will learn in this seminar. The methods learned will help you structure your day more efficiently and ensure better management of the tasks at hand - adapted to your own life situation. You will learn to use your available time for the most important tasks, to gain a clear overview of the actual situation and to prevent stressful situations. In addition, you will learn which methods you can use to define goals strategically, how to create a realistic time plan, how to deal with disruptions and "time eaters", how to organize yourself efficiently, how to recognize true resources, and how to master all challenges with confidence from the planning stage to the end.
