Liebe Studierende,
die aktuelle Legislatur der studentischen Gremien neigt sich dem Ende.
Vom Dienstag, den 09. Januar 2024, 08.30 Uhr bis Freitag, den 12. Januar 2024, 12.00 Uhr finden die Wahlen zum Studierendenparlament und zu allen Fachschaftsräten statt. Die Studierenden wählen in elektronischer Wahl über das Online-Wahlsystem 'Uni-Wahl'. Die Möglichkeit einer Briefwahl besteht.

Was muss im Vorfeld zur Wahl beachtet werden?
Teilnahme und Wahlverzeichnis:
Zur Teilnahme an der Wahl wird ein Universitärer E-Mail-Account benötigt. Ihr seid als Wähler:innen im elektronischen Wahlverzeichnis geführt. Der persönliche Eintrag ins Wahlverzeichnis kann online ab dem 28.11.2023 eingesehen werden: https://wahlsystem.uni-greifswald.de
Die Einsichtszeiten des gesamten Wahlverzeichnis sind der offiziellen Wahlbekanntmachung zu entnehmen.
Wahlrecht und Kandidatur:
Alle eingeschriebenen Studierenden haben das aktive und passive Wahlrecht für das Studierendenparlament und die ihrem Studiengang zugeordnete Fachschaft - dürfen also wählen und für die Gremien kandidieren.
Die Wahlvorschläge können wie in den letzten Jahren elektronisch erfasst werden. Zum Kandidaturverfahren geht es unter Kandidaturvorschlag einreichen - Studierendenschaft der Universität Greifswald (uni-greifswald.de). Die Wahlvorschläge sind bis zum 05.12.2023 um 23:59 Uhr im Büro des AStA einzureichen.
Für Fragen zur inhaltlichen Arbeit der einzelnen Gremien stehen Euch Eure Fachschaftsräte und das Präsidium sowie die Mitglieder des Studierendenparlaments zur Verfügung.
Briefwahl:
Es kann auch per Post gewählt werden. Eine Briefwahl muss bis zum 22.12.2023 elektronisch oder postalisch formlos über den AStA beim Wahlleiter beantragt werden (astauni-greifswaldde, Friedrich-Loeffler-Str. 28, 17489 Greifswald).
Wenn Briefwahl beantragt wurde, ist die Stimmabgabe auf elektronischem Weg nicht mehr möglich!

Dear students,
the current legislature of student councils is coming to an end.
From Tuesday, 9 January 2024, 8.30 a.m. to Friday, 12 January 2024, 12.00 p.m., the elections for the Student Parliament and all Student Councils will take place. Students vote electronically via the online voting system 'Uni-Wahl'. There is the possibility of a postal ballot.

What needs to be considered in the run-up to the election?
Participation and electoral roll:
A university e-mail account is required to participate in the election. You are listed as voters in the electronic electoral roll. The personal entry in the electoral roll will be available online from 28.11.2023: https://wahlsystem.uni-greifswald.de
The consultation times of the entire electoral register can be found in the official election announcement.
Voting rights and candidacy:
All enrolled students have the active and passive right to vote for the Student Parliament and the Student Council assigned to their course of study - i.e. they may vote and stand as candidates for the committees.
As in recent years, nominations can be registered electronically. For the application procedure, go to the application form: Kandidaturvorschlag einreichen - Studierendenschaft der Universität Greifswald (uni-greifswald.de). Proposals for candidates must be submitted to the AStA office by 05.12.2023 until 11:59 p.m..
For questions about the content of the individual committees, please contact your student councils and the presidium as well as the members of the Student Parliament.
Postal Voting:
It can also be voted by post. An application for a postal vote must be submitted electronically or by post to the Electoral Officer (asta@uni-greifswald. de, Friedrich-Loeffler-Str. 28, 17489 Greifswald) by 22 December 2023.
If a postal vote has been requested, it is no longer possible to vote electronically!
