Sir Howard Andrew Clive Morrison KCMG, CBE, QC has worked for the Defense on the ICTR and ICTY, and as a Judge atthe International Criminal Court. He was the president of the appeals division from 2012 to 2018 and in 2020. Currently he is advising the Government of Ukraine in matters of international criminal law. For his devotion to international public law and the rule of law, he received numerous awards and decorations, most notably a knighthood to the Order of St. Michael and St. George in 2015.
